Biography

Pastel Supernova is a classically trained dancer who found her literal voice through acting at the Toronto Metropolitan University. From there, she continued her training privately while touring globally as a dancer, most notably with Nelly Furtado.

On-screen, she has many credits, two of which she's had the pleasure of playing herself (Degrassi TNG and DC Titans). In her first feature-length film, Becoming Burlesque, Supernova was the film's choreographer both on and off-camera.
On stage, Supernova has won various international burlesque awards and has taken the opportunity to perform with the legendary Dita Von Teese.

She founded Love Letters Cabaret, a multidisciplinary performance ensemble, for which she choreographed and produced for a decade. The company's blend of powerhouse performers and seductive choreography earned it the reputation of being “Toronto’s most sexually charged dance theatre company.”

As an instructor, she has developed a teaching style focused on harnessing confidence and grace. Her motto, "Say Yes," is the foundation for the kind of self-love and boldness that applies to both life and showbiz alike.

Off-stage Pastel is a death doula and coaches clients through the practical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of death, dying, and loss. She fuels her creativity through divination, photography, and sewing projects under her indie brand, Lazy
